3S Accounting is
a well-done small-business accounting package. It's preloaded
with common Canadian tax and accounting categories. You can
choose the interface in both Canadian languages plus Spanish.
A desktop interface offers many Windows-style features, such
as shortcut icons and selectable wallpaper, along with a full-access
menu toolbar. Detailed help will get you familiar with the various
data-entry forms and data tables for clients, suppliers, and
reports, but you'll need to devote considerable time to setup
since there's no import of existing data and table access is
scattered across several top-level menus. Once you've spent
the effort to get set up, however, there's plenty of detail
for small-business accounting, including tabbed dialogs for
extensive formatted data entry, memos, and record-keeping. Searches
and filters let you manipulate data easily, and preformatted
reports summarize the details. You can export your account info
to MS Office and Corel Office apps. Note: This free software
contains advertising technology that will occasionally use your
Internet connection to receive and display ads. |
