VIMACS (Visual Inventory
Management and Accounting System) will really get your business
automated. Using detailed inventory, customer, vendor, and invoicing
forms, you'll be able to build attractive, detailed catalogs
and quickly find just the product your customers are seeking.
The software supports bar-code scanning for quick invoice creation;
video capture and TWAIN scanners to illustrate the inventory
lists; multiple printers for invoices, tags, labels, and routine
printing; and catalog creation with the accompanying SharpCatalog
module. The program handles inventory, customers, invoices,
vendors, and point-of-sale details, with multifield search capability
in all the data tables. Sample data lets you experiment with
the program features, and detailed HTML illustrated documentation
explains it all. It will take some effort to get set up, since
there's no apparent import feature for your existing inventory
or customer data, and no search within the documentation to
get you to the answers quickly. |
